To achieve this we offer interoperability, collaboration, and innovation to maximise efficiency and facilitate better healthcare outcomes.
We have a range of digital therapy and digital front door integrations available to PCMIS users. Ranging from ‘Digital First’ online auto referrals, ‘One-Click’ user led referrals from within the system, to two-way comprehensive data integrations
There are options to suit a range of service and pathway configurations, all designed to remove double entry of data, keep patient information secure, and enable your service to introduce digital into your pathway without any extra work.
NHS PDS Spine Integration
Automated NHS spine lookup for patients referred onto PCMIS to validate and verify the patient record against their spine record. Includes checking for name, home address and postcode, gender and registered GP Surgery. Includes activity and reporting Dashboard.
SilverCloud Two-way integration
Increase access, reduce risk, save time and onboard patients quickly and securely with the two-way integration between SilverCloud Health and PCMIS.
The onboarding process includes a consent model and digital therapy program selection to allow services to manage which patients are automatically enrolled to a selected course all within the PCMIS patient record. The registration process includes the current PHQ9 and GAD7 scores and email address. Outcome measures, including ADSM’s and clinical notes are automatically and securely flowed back into the PCMIS patient record.
Limbic Access Digital Front Door eReferral
Class IIa medical device certified chatbot screens individuals for service suitability, collecting patient information and helping assess and priorities eReferral risk.
Securely integrated within the PCMIS system, Limbic eReferrals are readily available within PCMIS, eliminating manual data entry. Information flowed from Limbic and onto the PCMIS system includes clinical assessment notes, all demographic data, outcome measures and relevant ADSM’s.
Limbic Access Choose and Book online appointment booking
As an optional extra to our widely used and easy to implement Limbic Access integration, you can empower patients to book their initial assessment appointment efficiently from the Limbic eReferral.
Limbic Access and PCMIS Choose & Book are fully integrated in real-time with the PCMIS appointment calendar and slot booking module, flowing up to date patient booked appointment information directly into PCMIS and in front of your staff.
Koa Health Integration
Secure and automated flow of outcome measures and notes from the Koa Health programs directly into PCMIS and attached to the patient record.
