PCMIS CEO and co-founder, Byron is a chartered IT professional, ITIL and PRINCE2 certified.
Byron has over 20 years’ experience in strategic healthcare IT developments, delivering innovative systems to a wide range of health care providers including NHS, commercial and academic environments.
Byron has a track record of delivering large scale implementations and was responsible for the implementation of the first IAPT pilot site and pathfinder sites in the UK then later, the first NewAccess mental health services in Australia.
As a Client Engagement Manager, Chris is dedicated to providing proactive, customer-focused after sales care and advice to ensure PCMIS clients are getting the most out of our technology.
Chris’ responsibilities include managing accounts and service level agreements for a portfolio of PCMIS customers including NHS trusts, commissioners and private mental health providers in the UK and worldwide.
Lauren joined us in 2022. As a Client Engagement Manager, Lauren has customer facing business to business account and project management experience, having previously worked with a variety of public and non-public sector clients.
Lauren is responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships within our client base, including with NHS trusts, commissioners and private mental health providers in the UK and worldwide.
Maria is responsible for a range of administration, financial and HR functions and as part of the business team, works to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service.
Mark leads our business growth activities, developing and managing partnerships with research, clinical and digital health organisations that share our values and ultimate goal of using technology to drive service efficiencies and improve outcomes in mental healthcare.
Jim is a long serving member of the PCMIS team with an array of product and sector knowledge. Starting in the Support team, Jim moved into Development to focus on Reporting and Data Quality, building comprehensive knowledge of NHS mental health data sets, before returning to lead the Support team.
Jim is responsible for the day to day running of the Support function, ensuring queries are investigated and responded to promptly in line with Service Level Agreements and best practice.
Sam is forward thinking, methodical and hands-on technologist with over 10 years of experience in managing, architecting and developing enterprise level applications in the health, higher education and private sectors.
Having proven expertise in leading technical teams to deliver large scale innovative, scalable and reliable solutions that align with business strategy and goals. Keen focus on driving commercialisation of technology and promoting methodologies to drive new business.
Kerry’s responsibilities include managing the communications, publications and information service provided to PCMIS stakeholders both internal and external.
Kerry leads on PCMIS marketing activities and represents PCMIS at key healthcare sector events such as conferences and exhibitions.
System Development
With a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience, Development take the lead on the design and build of the PCMIS clinical system, digital pathways and other supporting technologies.
They ensure any new features and system upgrades are tested extensively and led by a commitment to user experience, co-design and clinical safety.
System Support
Should you have a query or require help using PCMIS technology, our dedicated Support team are here to offer assistance.
Support can help with everything from configuring user permissions to setting up additional tools and features in line with clients’ often bespoke requirements.
