PCMIS named Finalists in UK Innovate Awards 2023

We’re thrilled to announce that our collaboration with the University of Sheffield’s Professor Jaime Delgadillo “Data-driven feedback technology to improve psychological therapy recovery rates“, has been chosen as a Finalist at the 2023 Innovate Awards.

A partnership between the Academic Health Sciences Network (AHSN) and the NHS Confederation, the Innovate Awards celebrate excellence in innovation in health and care, showcasing those teams, organisations and health and care systems leading the way in positive change.

This year there are eleven categories. with PCMIS being named Finalist in the new ‘Best use of Data in Health Innovation’ category for our work alongside Professor Jaime Delgadillo to improve outcomes for psychological therapy services using data-driven Outcome Feedback technology.

Outcome Feedback is an ‘expected treatment response’ tool embedded into the PCMIS case management system used widely across NHS Talking Therapies services, and is clinically-proven to reduce the risk of deterioration by up to 73% in the most severe or ‘at risk’ cases.

We are thankful to the judges for recognising the impact and benefits of this work for clinicians and service users, and are excited to attend the awards in September alongside so many other innovative teams and organisations. Find out more about the Innovate Awards.

PCMIS offers a range of digital therapy and patient communication integrations to streamline healthcare processes and help improve outcomes.
